Jada Pinkett Smith–actress, activist, mother to Willow and Jaden Smith, and wife to Will Smith–has been in this game for decades now.Over the years, the Baltimore native has made a name for herself not only because of her talent on-screen and in her band, but also because of her boldness in calling it like she sees it.
Just yesterday, in the wake of all the hoopla surrounding Hillary Clinton’s decision to run for president in 2016, Jada took to her Facebook page and asked some vital questions about the fact that women of color have been left on the back burner in the fight for women’s rights and how Hillary aimed to bridge that gap.

Bobby Brown has filed for guardianship over his daughter Bobbi Kristina‘s estate, according to new reports.Inquistr states:
NBC 11 Alive reports that Brown’s decision to file for guardianship of his daughter’s estate was met with resistance by Cissy Houston, Bobbi Kristina’s maternal grandmother. Houston’s attorney, David W. Long, released a statement earlier today.
“This is a family matter involving sensitive information. We hope to resolve this in a manner that is respectful of Bobbi Kristina’s sensitive health information. The Houston family has always looked out for the best interest of Bobbi Kristina Brown. The family has done so all of her life and will continue to do so. We trust that others have the same objective.”

Bruce Jenner 'Disappeared' Out of His Older Children's Lives When He Was 'Struggling' with His Gender Identity
Though Bruce Jenner currently enjoys a tight-knit relationship with his six biological children, that wasn't always the case.
In previously unaired footage from his bombshell 20/20 interview with Diane Sawyer, Cassandra Marino, 34, revealed that her father "disappeared" out of their lives when they were young.
"Yes. The big formative years for them, I was really struggling with these issues [of gender identity]," Bruce, 65, told Sawyer, adding that he "didn't do a good job. And I apologized for that."
It seems to be water under the bridge for Brandon, 33. Sitting next to his father on the couch in Bruce's Malibu home where the bulk of the interview took place, he said: "In seeing him come out to me and explain his true self, I was more proud right then to carry the last name Jenner, to be a part of the family, than at any time before."

Baltimore devolves into chaos, violence, lootingRoaming gangs clashed with police in the streets, seriously injuring officers, tearing open businesses and looting their stocks. Gov. Larry Hogan declared a state of emergency and called up the National Guard, and state police requested as many as 5,000 reinforcements from neighboring states.
Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake instituted a weeklong citywide curfew for all residents from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., starting Tuesday, as rioters damaged neighborhood after neighborhood into Monday night.
Rawlings-Blake called those involved “thugs who only want to incite violence and destroy our city,” joining a chorus of other officials and residents — some of whom fought off rioters to defend their homes and businesses.
“Too many people have spent generations building up this city for it to be destroyed by thugs who, in a very senseless way, are trying to tear down what so many have fought for, tearing down businesses, tearing down or destroying property,” Rawlings-Blake said. “It’s idiotic to think that by destroying your city, you’re going to make life better for anybody.”
