MMR on Entertainment News: Tyga

0728-tyga-tmz-01

17-year-old Kylie Jenner owns her own $2.7 million home, and her 25-year-old boyfriend, Tyga, is being sued for not paying his rent ... yet again.
Tyga's being sued by his landlord for failing to pay two months rent on his house in posh Calabasas. The pad rents for $25k/month ... and the landlord says he's behind that amount times 2.
If Tyga doesn't fork over the loot by Saturday, the landlord will go for eviction and charge him $833.33 a day in rent.
Fun fact: this is the house where Tyga lived with Blac Chyna ... so she's named as a defendant too.
Just last month, Tyga was ordered to pay $80,000 in back rent to another Calabasas landlord.

MMR on Entertainment News: Chris Brown may be addicted to Sizzurp

Chris Brown Pumpkin Patch

Chris Brown's friends and family are extremely worried about him, because they think he's addicted to sizzurp.
The latest evidence is this picture of Chris and some friends taken over the weekend at an L.A. pumpkin patch where Chris took his daughter, Royalty, to buy a pumpkin. You see Chris sitting on a bale of hay with a double-stacked red cup at his feet. Right behind him there's another double cup.
Chris' friends and family are worried for several reasons. The problem has been getting worse over the last few weeks. They say he's drinking sizzurp around Royalty and they're worried he'll lose custody.
TMZ broke the story, during Chris' custody battle he tested positive for codeine, but the judge gave him a pass because Chris had a prescription.  This video shows Chris at a birthday party for Tyga's son a few weeks ago, and you see him drinking from a double cup while riding a bike. You also see a guy carrying a bottle of codeine and soda, and it appears they're mixing it in the parking lot ... in broad daylight, at a kid's party.
Chris isn't buying it, and says it's "bulls***" that anyone around him is concerned.

MMR on Entertainment News: Justin Bieber

1102_justin_bieber_doc_launch

Justin Bieber has completed his probation in the egging case with flying colors, getting high praise from his probation officer and he's now off formal probation.
Justin's lawyer, Shawn Holley was in court Monday morning as the judge showed real satisfaction Justin did everything he was supposed to ... 12 hours of anger management counseling and 40 hours of community labor. He also paid $90k in restitution.
Donny Gomez, who runs Volunteers of America where Justin put in the time, had glowing things to say about Bieber's attitude. He wrote the judge, Bieber was a "great worker" who "had no problem getting his hands dirty." Gomez said Bieber picked up garbage and painted walls.

MMR on Entertainment News: Bobby Kristiina's Hospice nurse has a mug shot

1103-taiye-mugshot-nowm

One of the nurses charged with treating Bobbi Kristina Brown in her final days was not a nurse at all ... according to cops who've arrested the woman for faking her way into the job.
The Forsyth County Sheriff busted Taiwo Sobamowo for identity theft, forgery, and impersonating a nurse. The Sheriff and police in Duluth, GA believe she used the ID of an actual nurse with a similar name to gain employment as a hospice nurse, and ended up working where Bobbi Kristina was receiving care until her death.
Cops say Sobamowo had recently fled Georgia. She was arrested in North Carolina, and is suspected of previously pulling a similar stunt in the Washington, D.C. area,
FOX5 in Atlanta first reported the arrest. It's unclear if Sobamowo had direct contact with Bobbi Kristina at the hospice.
Investigators don't think she was intentionally trying to get closer to Bobbi Kristina or the Brown and Houston families.

MMR on Entertainment News Updates: Lamar Odom's shad friend visits the hospital

1022-lamar-odom-tmz-01

Lamar Odom had a visitor Monday night ... a guy who claimed to be Lamar's assistant, insisting Lamar had summoned him ... but hospital officials smelled a rat.
Our sources tell us the guy arrived around 11 PM and got on Lamar's floor when security stopped him. He said Lamar had called him and he came down from Vegas because Odom was insistent on seeing him.
Our sources say the guy has a history with Lamar and Odom's people believe he facilitated Lamar's drug use. The 2 men lived together in Vegas at some point.  We're told Lamar's management fired the guy the day Lamar went into the hospital.
Security was unbending and refused to let the man in. There was yelling and "a big scene" before he was escorted out.
Khloe was not at the hospital when it went down.

MMR on Entertainment News: Halle Berry Is a Divorcee again!!!

1027_halle_berry_olivier_doc_launch

Halle Berry's divorce petition went under the radar, because she didn't use her real name, and now a legal fight is brewing over who's divorcing who.
TMZ obtained the docs Halle filed Monday ... one day before Olivier Martinez filed his own divorce petition.
Halle gives her name as Hal Maria. Hal is obviously short for Halle, and Maria is her middle name. We're told she did it for privacy reasons.
Olivier Martinez is listed as Oliver Martin.
Halle's lawyer, Steve Kolodny, even listed their 2-year-old son Maceo as an alias -- Mac Martin.
As for whether filing under an alias is legal or not, it's somewhat unclear, and a judge may have to decide if Halle's petition is legit or if Olivier becomes the petitioner.
We do know this ... Halle did not properly serve Olivier ... she just handed him the documents, which she's not allowed to do. Under California law, a party to an action can't serve the other party.
One interesting thing in Halle's divorce document ... as we reported, the couple has a prenup, and now we know the document provides that each party is entitled to the earnings they made during the marriage ... at least according to Halle.

MMR on News in your area: Cop Drag a student out her classroom

Image result for cop dragged a studentAuthorities in Richland County, South Carolina, are investigating a video that surfaced Monday showing a uniformed officer aggressively confronting a high school student. Local station WIS-TV reports that county sheriff's deputies are investigating the incident, which took place on Monday at Spring Valley High School, according to school officials. The video, which appears to have been recorded on a cellphone by a classmate, shows a white male officer standing over a black female student sitting at her desk; moments later he grabs the student and flips her on her back. After dragging her across the floor, the officer says, "Hands behind your back—give me your hands." The video has no additional context as to what led to or followed the altercation.Image result for cop dragged a student
"Parents are heartbroken as this is just another example of the intolerance that continues to be of issue in Richland County School District Two, particularly with families and children of color," a local black parents group wrote in a statement responding to the video. Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott told WIS-TV that the school resource officer (SRO) was responding to a student who was refusing to leave class. "The student was told she was under arrest for disturbing school and given instructions, which she again refused," Lott said. "The video then shows the student resisting and being arrested by the SRO."Image result for cop dragged a student
The video is the latest in a series of disturbingly violent altercations involving school cops. As Mother Jones first reported in July, there have been at least 29 incidents in the United States since 2010 in which school-based police officers used questionable force against students in K-12 schools, many of which caused serious injuries, and in one case death. Data on use of force by school cops is lacking even as the number of officers on campus has ballooned over the past two decades, with little training or oversight.
