Missing 5-Year-Old Girl Found, Family Says



A 5-year-old girl who went missing Tuesday night has been found.
The child went missing from her home on East 112th Street, police said. She was found about 10 blocks away Wednesday; it was not immediately known what happened.
The girl was being taken to a hospital to be checked out, relatives said.
"We're very happy," her aunt told NBC 4 New York. Her 29-year-old uncle who occasionally babysits her was taking care of her Tuesday and did not return with her to her house, police said.
The uncle was being questioned.
