A 4-year-old developmentally disabled girl snatched by her unhinged mom during a supervised visit at a Bronx foster agency has been found unharmed, officials said Tuesday.Mia Olarte, who has Down syndrome, was taken by her mother about 5 p.m. Monday when a social worker assigned to monitor the visit went to the bathroom, police sources said.
The child was found safe and sound in Elmhurst, Queens, about 11 a.m. Tuesday, police said.
The tot was taken to Elmhurst Hospital as a precautionary measure and reunited with her foster mother.
