Lil Wayne is back on lean -- despite his close brush with death nearly three years ago -- and it's so bad he's bringing the stuff everywhere he goes.

Sources close to Weezy tell us he started sippin' the sizzurp a few months ago and hasn't even been hiding it by flashing his double cup. He's rarely been photographed without one in recent weeks ... even last week in Dubai where there's zero tolerance for the stuff. 

We're told Wayne's not worried about his health -- it's never been back to 100 since he OD'd on lean and suffered several seizures, and as our source puts it, Wayne gives "zero f***s."

Lil Wayne told Katie Couric he quit lean cold turkey due to the seizures, but obviously a lot's changed since this 2013 clip.

Mariah Carey has a brand new piece of jewelry -- a massive engagement ring -- 'cause her billionaire boyfriend James Packer just popped the question ... and Mariah said YESSSSS!!!!

It all went down in NYC -- where Packer secretly rounded up a bunch of Mariah's close friends for a private dinner at Eleven Madison Park ... so he could get down on one knee and propose in front of the most special people in her life.

Carey and Packer have only been dating since June 2015 -- but their relationship heated up real quick ... with the two famously spending several consecutive weeks together on his yacht over the summer.

MMR on Ent News: Will Smith Joins Wife in Not Attending the Oscars

Actor Will Smith, the blockbuster movie star who many thought would receive an Academy Awardnomination this year for his role in "Concussion," says he will not be attending the Oscars next month.

Smith, 47, spoke candidly to "Good Morning America” co-anchor Robin Roberts about issues surrounding Hollywood and diversity after it was revealed the 20 major acting nominees nominations for this year’s Oscars, for the second year in a row, are all white.

"We've discussed it," Smith said, referring to his wife, actress Jada Pinkett Smith. "We're part of this community but at this current time, we're uncomfortable to stand there and say that this is OK."

“My wife’s not going. It would be awkward to show up with Charlize [Theron]," Smith joked of attending the Feb. 28 ceremony with a different leading lady.

Smith says he was out of the country when his wife announced on social media that she would be skipping this year's Oscars but supports her all the way.

"She's deeply passionate and when she is moved she has to go,” Smith said of Pinkett Smith. “I heard her words and I was knocked over. I was happy to be married to that woman."

"There is a position that we hold in this community, and if we're not part of the solution, we're part of the problem,” he added. “It was her call to action, for herself, and for me and for our family to be a part of the solution."
