Affirmation of the Day: We can either create our own misery or happiness. We have the power of choice in everything we do in our lives. I choose happiness even though I may have a sad or bad moment in my day because that is part of life. Each moment is precious no matter what is taking place. Staying positive every moment is complete discipline that one must practice daily and does not come easy but it is so worth it. When you look back at your life and all that you have done and you are able to be satisfied thus far with creating a great life for yourself.
