Mayor De Blasio LATE again for New Yorkers! Mayor De Blasio has a bad wrap for always being tardy to the party! Since his first day in office he has been sighted by New Yorkers for always showing up late to very monumental events and They are Tired! Well yesterday HE did it again! showing up late to the St. Patrick's Day Mass Service and disrupting it by sitting in the FRONT row and asking member to move over in the pew to make room for him and his entourage!
